You can add the email address to your contact list on World Client (located at http://mail.datamine.net)
Or you can forward the message as an attachment to whitelist@datamine.net.
Please note, you cannot just forward the message, the message from the email address that you wish to add to the white list must be an attachment in the email that you send to whitelist@datamine.net

You can setup Mail filters on World Client (located at http://mail.datamine.net).
To get to you mail filters, click on the "Options" tab and then click on the Filters link.
The X-SPAM-LEVEL header contains the spam score that the mail server assigned to the email. Currently the system will put the email in the spam folder if the spam score is 13 or higher.
If you want to have email with a lower spam score sent to the Spam folder, add a rule with the header X-SPAM-LEVEL,
choose "contains" from the second drop down,
type the asterisk (*) in as many times as the score you wish to set (i.e. 5 = *****, 10 = **********),
and then pick the spam folder from the last drop down.
Click the "Add Filter" buttons and the filter will be added.
Suggestions for spam score:
<= 2 - insanely aggressive - potentially high false positive rate
5.0 - very aggressive, but acceptable false positive rate
10.0 - fairly loose - some spam will get through, but low false positive rate
